Is there some way that when I do echo fade out on deck one, that the echo is gone when the crossfader is all the way to deck 2?

First and foremost how do you expect anyone to respond to this open ended question?
Whatever you are using clearly does not have post fader effects. Without "Post Fader" effects there is no way you can close the fader and continue to have sound or effects coming from the channel.

I’ll post a video next time if I remember while setting up at the club.

You never mentioned what hardware you’re using so no one will be able to give you a straight forward answer.

Gotcha. I don’t think the mc7000 has built in post fader fx. They fx are triggered through the software.

Correct. That is why I came here instead of the Denon site. .
I have the same issue on my VCI400. Unless I turn off echo fade out, it stays on forever. Not really fading out when I want it to.
