Hey Guys

So I just bought serato sample. installed it, all good by now, but when I tried to activate, error 2 appears.
So I go to the website to reactivate, but can't. what can I do?
Support is not replying either.

I'm having the same problems. I bought the software last night from Sweetwater.com. Has anyone from support gotten in contact with you about this issue?

Same problem here for the last 2 weeks.. have been in contact with the support team, but still not working :(

Had same problem. And here is solution thst wiorked for me - close daw and plugin, delete license file and reopen:
„~User/Library/Application Support/Serato/Licences - and delete the following file:

serato_sample_1.lic”
