I'm getting a Mackie 12BST Powered Speaker and was wondering on how I would connect it to my DJ controller so I can use both channels on it? Also would I still be able to use split cue with one speaker?

I would say just use a single cable and set Serato DJ to mono. You don't want to introduce distortion to the single speaker which could cause the voice coils to possible overheat and fry the speaker or the input.

I often use a single top for a stage monitor. Use both your Left and Right XLR or TRS outputs from your controller and plug Left into CH1 input and Right into CH2 input. Be sure the channel gains on the speaker are equal.
