If you pick up the gig and they come through to help set up, break down, or even give you a 15 min break during your set, what percentage of the $$$ do you give to your assistant or dj partner on your gigs? 50% 40% 30% ?

If it's a partner then 50/50. But if just help for set up and teardown give a couple drink tickets. U pit drink tickets on ur rider.
If they r gonna give a 15 min break the throw him a bag of ganga for that.
The main part depends on how much u get paid for the gig. If ur getting lots for the show then u can give more.

I also pay flat fees for roadies.
$100 - $150 is the usual pay.
