I am fairly new to windows vista, I got it with my new laptop a Sony Vaio. The laptop has two memory card slots(SD & microSD). Upon putting a 1Gig MicroSD in I noticed that there is a program called Ready in where your memory stick works to help speed up your computer. I was wondering if this procedure would benefit SL in a positive way and what exactly would be speeding up???
Anybody have any thoughts on readyboot with SL??

From what I understand the extra memory stick is used by the computer as RAM. So the extra memory serves as another place to store random temporary info
This may speed up your computer a little but I doubt it would be noticeable without benchmarking software.
Again, this is just what I understand, if anyone has more to add or correct, feel free
