I can't tell you how many time I thought i was deleting a track when it was actually the crate that was highlighted.

just before a gig I deleted my 'main' crate - thought I was deleting files
I was able to go in the trash to retrieve it, but.......

but.......
if the trash is small - and it is as more tracks you get (or have WAV files), they are not in the trash anymore ...

just before a gig I deleted my 'main' crate - thought I was deleting files
I was able to go in the trash to retrieve it, but.......
I suggest that the highlight for tracks and crates be of different colors. In this way, it will be an instant reminder before hitting the control and delete keys. For example, if the tracks are highlighted in orange and the crates in blue, that would be of immense help to the DJ.

that would be a separate suggestion - i just want a pop window saying "are you sure you want to delete this crate? yes/no"

Considering the number of DJs who have entered this discussion, it is evident that some type of modification is necessary to make Scratch Live Version 2.2.0 more user friendly. Aside from this, however, I think Scratch Live is a wonderful DJ program. Thanks to DJ Soo for enlightening us about this particulay issue.
