I wish I could define folders that can hold smart crates.
So I could group all year-related smart crates in a "year" parent crate,
all BPM-related smart crates in a "BPM" parent crate,
and so on.
Please! :)

This is so essential to me. I can't believe we don't have a zillion +1's yet.

I would love the ability to male nested or child items from smart crates.

I say yes to this feature, some of our libraries are indeed large and such feature as proposed would add to the efficiency of Serato's crate management.
And SMARTER Smart Crates PLEASE!

+1 I use mixed in key for harmonic mixing and use smart crates to generate a list of all tracks in a certain key.
Ideally I'd like to keep my smart crates at the top in a "parent" crate so I can open it up pick my target key then pull a track in that key, sometimes if the crowd isn't liking the particular genre this is a great way to quickly jump to a new one while maintaining key and bmp. At the moment I have 24 smart crates at the bottom of my crates and it just feels messy and uses loads of space and takes time. Plus when adding new crates they go to the bottom of the list below my 24 smart crates just a pain the the A%&E!
Please sort this!

@Rudeboy5: I made 24 crates for each key as well. Total pain in the ass. I found it easier to create 12 smart crates (since I have so few major key tracks) which would be for the key I'm currently playing, plus all related keys to that key. For example, my 7A smart crate shows 6A, 7A, 7B, and 8A tracks plus a few key jumps I find that work well.
The problem is that there's a limit to the number of rules, and there's no either/or options available, which means... I have to create nearly 20 rules that exclude the other 20 keys that I don't want to show (and then rinse & repeat for the other 11 keys.) Sub-smart crates would help "filter" some of these complicated rules.

I have separate crates for BPM ranges
1) 68 - 73
2) 135 - 145
It would be so useful if I could combine the two under one parent crate
OR introduce smart crate conditional rules
e.g. (BPM > 68 AND BPM < 73) OR (BPM > 135 AND BPM < 145)

we need to organize smart crates using the directory name
Can you adjust to next version?
tks.
