SL3 audio routing issue with Serato DJ

I have no idea what happened, but the audio was being routing like so:
Left Deck => Aux
Right Deck => Left Deck
Then a little while later, having no idea what I did to cause it, is was like this:
Left Deck => Right Deck
Right Deck => Aux
This is wack, did I hit some setting to change it? I can't seem to find any option to correct it.
Any help would be appreciated.

I have logic installed, but it isn't running when I'm using SDJ.

No but I was using my SL3 with Logic. It would make sense that Logic is causing this, when I first used the beta I didn't have it installed, and it was working fine.

I've also experienced this with SL3 and Serato DJ. I used to use Serato bridged with Ableton and also used SL3 as a soundcard for Ableton too. Any suggestions?
