I ordered control vinyl, about 2, almost three weeks ago. I have recieved NOTHING. I placed my order on Monday March 3rd, & I have been emailing sales@serato to no responses at all. The only email i receive was the one confirming my order and telling me to wait 7-10 business day for my purchase to be shipped. I was patient at first but now its starting to get to me. Can someone in Customer Service please figure out the status of my order please.
