I just got a new PC Downloaded Serato DJ but it Keep Asking me for My serial Number were is my serial #

I would like to know the answer to this as well. When I connect my SL2 it asks me for my serial number, but it works fine with my Rane Sixty Two :(

just got my mac back had to reload serato it;s Asking me for My serial Number AGAIN got a gig in 1 hour ####

Hi Djay Big Brother 2

I checked our system and didn't find a serial number associated with your profile.

You seem to be using a Pioneer ERGO, which needs a license for the full Serato DJ.

You can either download our free software Serato DJ Intro here, which doesn't need a license:
serato.com

Or if you do have a serial number for the full Serato DJ already, please create a help request over here: support.serato.com

you probaly need to install the driver for the SL2
