Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013
Processor: 2GHz Intel Core i7
Memory: 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Graphics: Intel Iris Pro
Serial Number: C02LW14ND56
Software OS X 10.9.3 (13D65)

Serato DJ has quit several times while I was in the middle of a set. I was running Serato video, and using the Rane sixty two mixer. I need to resolve this problem asap so that I don't jeopardize my current residency.

Does this happen using the latest update, Serato DJ 1.6.3? With latest drivers installed and latest firmware updated for your mixer?

Could you please attach the crash report?

I have the crash reports, but where is the attach file button? I dont see a way to attach anything in here?

I have been Trouble shooting this issue... I put Serato DJ on no sleep mode in the finder, and deleted all the corrupt files. It still crashed on me tonight. After that crashed i turned off the izotope pitch and time... the program did not crash again. I will try this again tomorrow night. If it was the izotope plugin that was causing the crashes... will this be fixed? The pitch and time was awesome.

Hey there, sorry this is a thread in the general discussion area and not a tech support request which is why you can't attach files. I'd recommend you talk to the support team so they can help you out and find out what's wrong - serato.com
