Hola,
Habria que probar rehaciendo el archivo neworder.pref que es el que se encarga de la organizacion de los crates.
Aqui tienes las instrucciones para arreglarlo:
---
1) Close the Serato application.
2) Go into your _Serato_ folder and look for the neworder.pref file that is in there.
3) Rename it to something different, like oldneworder.pref (for example)
4) Reopen Serato.
When loading up Serato, it will rebuild the neworder.pref file but as a word of caution this will sort your crates out in alphabetical order. You would then have to arrange your crates to your desired preference.
If you do not intend to have them sorted out alphabetically or it does not solve the issue and you would like your crate order back to the way it was, all you need to do is delete the new neworder.pef and rename oldneworder.pref back to neworder.pref.
