Serato Intro and Mixvibes U-mix 44

Hey everybody.

This might sound beginner but yeah that's what I am.

Recently I bought an audio interface that is Mixvibes U-Mix 44 and was hoping to be able to connect it to Intro and DJ digitally.

But no hardware seem to be recognized at all.

I'm using Surface 3. I know mostly Mac users wont experience this kind of problems but I didnt find any drivers necessary for Intro to detect the hardware.

So my question is, is there a possibility that I can't use said audio interface because it is not in the compatible hardware list of Serato Intro?

If so what is the best solution other than buy Serato Scratch Live or any Serato audio interface?

Hey edofarido

The Mixvibes U-Mix 44 is not supported or compatible with Serato DJ or Serato DJ intro.
