DDJ SR Original or SR2

I am contemplating between the two because I hope to upgrade from my sb2 for the heck of it. Any pros worth noting about the SR2 besides Serato flip (included or no?) and so on?

SR2 can be used as a standalone mixer and the has XLR outs and 2 RCA inuts line/Phono

The is much more do a google search for a side by side comparison.

Pitch'N'Time comes bundled with the SR2 not Flip.
The colored pads are also a nice upgrade. Dedicated Key Shift buttons are also nice. The needle search strip is cool but I don't see me using it very much. I really like the SR2 as a controller and being able to connect my turntables with DVS or just as regular turntables is a great feature.

SR2 is awesome. Probably the best bet for 2 channel controllers if you play in the Pioneer ecosystem.

I am thinking about jumping from my SB to the SR2 as well. Haven't done the research yet but can I use the mixer like its a 57SL?

Yes, you can hook up your decks and use them with DVS mode, or you can just play regular vinyl straight through without the laptop connected.
